Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Market Reader, operated by AI Market Reader LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at aimarketreader.com or subscribing to our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AI Market Reader provides market analysis tools, including order flow analysis, real-time dashboards, and written market commentary ("Reads") covering futures markets. The Service is currently in beta; features, pricing, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

2. Not Financial Advice

The information, analysis, and signals provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not, and should not be construed as:

• Investment advice or recommendations
• Solicitations to buy or sell any security or financial instrument
• Guarantees of future performance or trading outcomes

We are not registered as an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription, billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Free trial: New subscribers may receive a free trial period (minimum 14 days). During beta, trial periods may be extended at our discretion. You will be notified before any charge.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of billing errors or service unavailability.

4. Account Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users on a single subscription
• Redistribute, resell, or rebroadcast any content from the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, analysis, frameworks, code, and trademarks, is owned by AI Market Reader LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal use during your active subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. Beta Service

The Service is currently in beta. This means:

• Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
• The Service may experience downtime, bugs, or unexpected behavior
• Data accuracy and timeliness are not guaranteed
• We may extend free trial periods or modify pricing during the beta period

You acknowledge that you use the Service in beta at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN PROFITABLE TRADES.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI MARKET READER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Market Reader LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which AI Market Reader LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or by posting an updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
